Services for victims of sexual assault in Indiana.


Education and Marketing Program

The Director of Education and Marketing is responsible for providing assistance to sexual assault service providers, assisting with problem solving techniques, educating and training professionals, encouraging community collaborative responses, assisting with policy development and implementation in communities, providing support and advocacy to victims and professionals, and maintaining research activities and current information and data on activities and issues surrounding sexual assault. Training

The INCASA Training Director and Violent Crime Resource Specialist coordinate training activities throughout Indiana. Annual scheduled trainings include workshops for:

  • Judges
  • Medical Professionals
  • Probation
  • Prosecutors
  • Victim Advocates

Annual Conference

INCASA hosts an annual conference featuring a wide range of topics dealing with issues of sexual violence. The conference topics are presented by professionals and experts both in Indiana and on the national level. For information on the 2006 Annual Conference - please refer to this brochure. (566K)


Media and Public Relations

The Media Director is responsible for developing and implementing an annual statewide public awareness campaign. Creates initiatives for Sexual Assault Awareness Month (April). Provides support and guidance to INCASA membership regarding media and public relations. Creates and distributes a bi-monthly newsletter. Coordinates publicity activities for the coalition and the anti-sexual violence movement in Indiana, including activities for Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
